Cibinetide — 11-amino-acid non-hematopoietic EPO derivative; innate repair receptor agonist
The nerve-calming, inflammation-quieting peptide. ARA-290 targets the burning, tingling pain of damaged nerves and helps them repair — without touching your blood count.
ARA-290 comes from erythropoietin — the hormone behind red blood cells — but with the blood-boosting part engineered out. What's left targets the body's "innate repair" receptor, the one that switches on during injury and inflammation, which is why it's studied for calming nerve pain and helping damaged nerves recover.
Because it works on repair rather than acting like a stimulant, the effects come on gradually: less burning, tingling, and nerve pain over weeks of daily use, with no effect on your blood count. It's generally well tolerated. Honest note: ARA-290 is still investigational — the human studies are early and small — so the right dose is genuinely still being figured out, and we titrate up carefully.

3 mg · Every day, for 28 days
Most people start straight at 3mg (60 units). If you would rather ease in, run 2mg (40 units) first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want — then step up.
That is 60 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 5 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
