GHRH analog + selective GHRP — pulsatile GH/IGF-1 support
The gentle way to turn back your growth-hormone clock. This duo nudges your body to make more of its own GH, so you sleep deeper, recover faster, and lean out over time.
This is a two-in-one growth-hormone blend that works with your body instead of overriding it. CJC-1295 tells your pituitary to release growth hormone; Ipamorelin triggers a clean pulse through a second pathway and eases off the body's "off switch." Together they raise your own GH in a natural, pulsing rhythm — without the cortisol or hunger spikes of older compounds.
It's a slow build. Most people notice deeper, more vivid sleep in the first week or two, better recovery and skin over the next few weeks, and the body-composition changes they're really after around the two-to-three-month mark. The bedtime dose matters most, since it rides your natural overnight GH pulse.
Small human studies Studied in people, but in small groups rather than large trials.
Most people land at 0.67 mg · Every night, 2+ hrs after eating.
That is where most people settle, not a number you have to reach. The right dose is the lowest one that is doing the job — when it is working, you stop climbing. Plenty of people sit a step or two below the top and stay there for good, and there is nothing second best about that.
The routes below are three ways up, not three different destinations. Most people take Steady. If you have had a rough time with medication before, or you would simply rather ease in, take one of the slower ones — going up more slowly has not been shown to cost results. Holding at a step because a week was hard is a normal part of this, not falling behind. Each row gives you the dose and exactly what that is on the syringe.
Different goals land in different places. Which path fits what you are doing further down shows where each one sits.
We sell more than one vial size — swipe the tables sideways for the 20 mg vial column.

| 5+ | 0.67 mgtop step | 20 units | 10 units |
Which vial: Start on the 10mg vial. At 0.2mg the 20mg vial draws only 3 units, which is too small to measure reliably — the 10mg vial draws 6 units for the same dose. Move to the 20mg vial once you are at 0.4mg or above.

The starting dose here is already close to the smallest amount that can be drawn accurately, so the gentler route gives you more TIME at each step rather than a smaller step. Use the 10mg vial rather than the 20mg for this route - it draws at 6 units instead of 3, which is far easier to measure.
Which vial: Use the 10mg vial for this route. Every rung draws at least 6 units on it. The 20mg vial draws 3 units at the starting dose, which is not measurable enough to begin on.
A draw under 5 units is hard to measure accurately. Where you see one, use the smaller vial for those weeks — it puts the same dose higher up the barrel.
Mixing: 10 mg + 3 ml → 3.33 mg/ml. 20 mg + 3 ml → 6.67 mg/ml. Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed. Units above are on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
The same compound, aimed at different things, and they do not all land in the same place. The Protocol Builder will pick one for you if you would rather not choose.
