GHK-Cu is a copper-carrying peptide your body makes naturally, and it's one of the darlings of skin science. It does two things at once: it delivers copper your skin needs, and it signals your cells to rebuild collagen and elastin — essentially telling older skin to act younger.
This is a slow, cumulative one — think in four-to-eight-week cycles and track it with photos, not feelings. People use it for firmer, smoother skin, faster healing of wounds and scars, and better hair quality. Injection reactions are usually mild, sometimes with a harmless faint blue tint from the copper. Worth knowing: the strongest evidence is for topical use, and anyone with a copper sensitivity should skip it.
Animal and lab data Studied in animals and in the lab. Consistent results and a good safety record in people who use it, but not the same thing as a human trial.
2 mg · Every day, rotate sites
Most people start straight at 2mg (6 units). If you would rather ease in, run 1mg (3 units) first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want — then step up.
That is 6 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 100 mg vial mixed with 3 ml of water, which gives you 33.33 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.

It stings. That is the copper, and it is the main complaint. Rotate sites and inject slowly.

Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 23% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
