Glutathione is your body's master antioxidant — a small molecule that lives inside nearly every cell and spends its day mopping up the "rust" of everyday metabolism. It also gives your liver a hand with detox, which is why it's a favourite for people who want to feel clearer and look brighter.
The effects tend to be quiet rather than dramatic: a general sense of energy and clarity over the first few weeks, with skin brightening and evening out more gradually. One practical thing to know — once it's mixed, glutathione doesn't keep as well as most peptides, so use it within a couple of weeks and keep it cold and out of the light.

200 mg · 3× a week, morning
Most people start straight at 200mg (100 units). If you would rather ease in, run 100mg (50 units) first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want — then step up.
That is 100 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 1500 mg vial mixed with 7.5 ml of water, which gives you 200 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
