HCG

LH Analog · Testicular Function & Fertility

The peptide that keeps you switched on. HCG maintains your natural testosterone, fertility, and drive — especially for men on TRT.

What it is

HCG mimics LH — the natural signal that tells the testes to keep making testosterone and sperm. On TRT, testosterone alone tends to shut that system down, so HCG is added to keep everything switched on: natural production, fertility, testicular size, and drive.

Worth saying up front: HCG is an actual prescription medication, and the right home for it is under a licensed prescriber who can dose and monitor it — including keeping an eye on estrogen, which can rise alongside testosterone. Used sensibly as a TRT companion it's typically a small dose two or three times a week. This is the one "peptide" here that's really a regulated drug, so treat the guidance as educational, not a substitute for a doctor.

Phase 3 trial data Tested in large human trials, the same standard a prescription medicine is held to.

Your dosing

500 IU · Mon / Wed / Fri

Most people start straight at 500 IU (10 units). If you would rather ease in, run 250 IU (5 units) first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want — then step up.

That is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 10000 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 5,000 IU/ml.

Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
