KISS1 peptide · upstream HPG-axis signaling (research)
The hormonal ignition switch. Kisspeptin-10 signals your body to fire up its own testosterone and sex hormones — the natural way.
Kisspeptin-10 is the master switch at the very top of your reproductive hormone system. One signal from it sets off a chain reaction — GnRH, then LH and FSH, then testosterone or estrogen — so it's a way to fire up your own hormones rather than replace them.
Because the body's own signal comes in short pulses, it's dosed intermittently to mimic that rhythm, and cycling (roughly a month on, a month off) is the near-universal approach. People report subtle lifts in libido, mood, and drive over the first couple of weeks. Honest note: most human data comes from short research studies, so the libido benefits and the cycling routine lean on real-world experience more than trials.
Small human studies Studied in people, but in small groups rather than large trials.

Two weeks at 0.1mg (2 units), then 0.2mg (4 units) and stay there.
That is 4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 5 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
Little reported at this dose and frequency.

Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 19% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
