PT-141

Melanocortin Agonist · Central Desire & Arousal · For Women & Men

The desire switch. PT-141 works in the brain to bring back genuine arousal for both men and women — even when the usual blood-flow pills fall short.

What it is

PT-141 is the "desire" peptide. Unlike the little blue pill, which works on plumbing, PT-141 works in the brain — it taps the dopamine pathways behind actual wanting. That's why it can work for both men and women, and even when blood-flow drugs fall short.

You take it about 45 minutes ahead; most people feel it within the hour, and the effect can linger for several hours. The one thing to expect is nausea — it's the most common side effect, worst on your first try and at higher doses, and it usually settles as you get used to it. It also briefly nudges blood pressure, so it's not for anyone with uncontrolled hypertension or heart issues.

Phase 3 trial data Tested in large human trials, the same standard a prescription medicine is held to.

Your dosing

Most people land at 1 mg · Only when you want it — leave 72 hours between.

That is where most people settle, not a number you have to reach. The right dose is the lowest one that is doing the job — when it is working, you stop climbing. Plenty of people sit a step or two below the top and stay there for good, and there is nothing second best about that.

The routes below are three ways up, not three different destinations. Most people take Steady. If you have had a rough time with medication before, or you would simply rather ease in, take one of the slower ones — going up more slowly has not been shown to cost results. Holding at a step because a week was hard is a normal part of this, not falling behind. Each row gives you the dose and exactly what that is on the syringe.

Nausea and flushing in the first hour are common and they pass. Most people find the second time easier than the first. Try the first one on an evening with nothing riding on it.

Mixing: 10 mg + 2 ml → 5 mg/ml. Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed. Units above are on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.

How it actually feels

Nausea and flushing are common in the first hour, and they pass. A lot of people find the second use easier than the first.

What the lab found

Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 14% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
