Peptides › Retatrutide
Triple GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon Agonist · Fat Loss & Metabolic Health
The most powerful weight-loss peptide out there right now — Retatrutide flips three hunger-and-metabolism switches at once, so the constant food noise goes quiet and the weight actually comes off.
Retatrutide is the newest and, so far, the most powerful of the GLP-1 weight-loss peptides. What sets it apart is that it works on three fronts at once — quieting appetite, steadying blood sugar, and nudging up how many calories you burn at rest — where older drugs only do one.
People describe a consistent arc: in the first week the relentless "food noise" goes quiet and normal portions start to feel like too much, with the scale following over the next few weeks. It's a slow-and-steady tool, not an overnight one — you step the dose up gradually, and most people settle at a comfortable spot rather than chasing the ceiling. Start low, go slow, and let your appetite lead.
Phase 3 trial data Tested in large human trials, the same standard a prescription medicine is held to.
Most people land at 4 to 5 mg · Once weekly.
That is where most people settle, not a number you have to reach. The right dose is the lowest one that is doing the job — when it is working, you stop climbing. Plenty of people sit a step or two below the top and stay there for good, and there is nothing second best about that.
The routes below are three ways up, not three different destinations. Most people take Steady. If you have had a rough time with medication before, or you would simply rather ease in, take one of the slower ones — going up more slowly has not been shown to cost results. Holding at a step because a week was hard is a normal part of this, not falling behind. Each row gives you the dose and exactly what that is on the syringe.
Different goals land in different places. Which path fits what you are doing further down shows where each one sits.

Trial data showed a slower climb to a higher dose produced less nausea than a fast climb to a lower one. Going slowly has not been shown to cost results.
Mixing: 10 mg + 1 ml · 20 mg + 2 ml · 30 mg + 3 ml → 10 mg/ml. 40 mg + 3 ml → 13.33 mg/ml. Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed. Units above are on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.
The same compound, aimed at different things, and they do not all land in the same place. The Protocol Builder will pick one for you if you would rather not choose.

Expect a rough day or two after each step up, easing as you settle. Not a sign anything is wrong.
Most people at this dose feel nothing much at all. There are no step-ups, so there is nothing to ride out.
How long: Ongoing — no set cycle. You reach your dose in about 4–6 weeks and stay there.
Break: No break needed — you can stay on this
Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 12% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
