Tuftsin Analog · GABAergic Anxiolytic · Calm Focus
Selank takes the edge off anxiety and quiets a racing mind — calm, clear focus without the fog, sedation, or dependence of typical anti-anxiety meds.
Selank is a Russian-developed peptide built for calm. It works alongside your brain's own calming (GABA) system and props up your natural anti-anxiety signals — taking the edge off worry without the sedation, fog, or dependence that come with typical anti-anxiety meds.
Most people describe it as "calm focus" — the anxiety lifts and clarity comes with it, rather than any kind of stimulant push. Some of it is felt quickly, but the fuller effect builds over two to four weeks of steady use, and there's no withdrawal when you stop. Honest note: nearly all the research is Russian and hasn't been replicated in Western trials, so what we share reflects that work plus real-world experience.
Small human studies Studied in people, but in small groups rather than large trials.
0.5 mg · Twice a day (AM and PM)
Most people start straight at 0.5mg (10 units) twice a day. If you would rather ease in, run 0.25mg (5 units) twice a day first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want.
That is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 5 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
Very little. It does not tend to make people drowsy.
How long: 4 weeks–8 weeks
Break: 2–4 weeks
Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 16% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
