Tesamorelin

GHRH Analog · GH/IGF-1 Stimulation · Visceral Fat

The belly-fat specialist. Tesamorelin zeroes in on the stubborn deep fat around your organs and liver, raising your own growth hormone to do it.

What it is

Tesamorelin is the specialist for one job: stubborn deep belly fat. It's a growth-hormone-releasing analog, so it prompts your body to make its own GH in natural pulses — and that GH goes preferentially after visceral fat, the deep kind around your organs that's hardest to shift with diet alone.

The arc people describe is steady: deeper sleep and vivid dreams early on, subtle waist-tightening around weeks three to six, and the visible visceral-fat changes emerging near the two-to-three-month mark. It's a nightly, consistency-rewards-you kind of peptide. Some water retention or hand tingling can show up early and usually eases if you ease off. One note: visceral fat can creep back after stopping.

Your dosing

Most people land at 2 mg · Every night, empty stomach.

That is where most people settle, not a number you have to reach. The right dose is the lowest one that is doing the job — when it is working, you stop climbing. Plenty of people sit a step or two below the top and stay there for good, and there is nothing second best about that.

The routes below are three ways up, not three different destinations. Most people take Steady. If you have had a rough time with medication before, or you would simply rather ease in, take one of the slower ones — going up more slowly has not been shown to cost results. Holding at a step because a week was hard is a normal part of this, not falling behind. Each row gives you the dose and exactly what that is on the syringe.

Different goals land in different places. Which path fits what you are doing further down shows where each one sits.

Water retention and tingling hands are the usual early complaints and they are front-loaded. Walking up over six weeks gives your body time to settle at each level.

Mixing: 10 mg + 1 ml · 20 mg + 2 ml → 10 mg/ml. Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed. Units above are on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.

How it actually feels

Some water retention and tingling in the hands early on, usually settling within a few weeks.

What helps

Same as the nightly run, and often a little less water retention.

How long you run it

How long: Ongoing - review at 6 months

Break: None. Stopping reverses it.

What the lab found

Every batch is independently assayed before it is sold, and the lab measures how much peptide is actually in the vial — not just how pure it is. The most recent batch tested here came in 4% over the labelled amount. That is deliberate: we would rather you got more than you paid for than less.
