Thymic peptide studied for immune modulation
Your immune system's personal trainer. Thymosin Alpha-1 strengthens a run-down immune system and calms an overactive one — so you get sick less and bounce back faster.
Thymosin Alpha-1 is your immune system's coach. It's a natural thymic peptide that helps a run-down immune system respond better and helps an overactive one settle down — restoring balance rather than just revving things up. It's actually sold as a pharmaceutical (Zadaxin) in several countries.
The benefit builds slowly — most people notice it over two to four weeks, showing up as fewer sick days and quicker recovery rather than an acute effect. It's dosed steadily over a cycle. A nice thing here: it's one of the better-evidenced peptides on the list, though results are hard to feel directly — many judge it by how they made it through cold season.
Approved medicine abroad An approved medicine in other countries, so it has been through a regulator even though it is not licensed here.
1.6 mg · Mon and Thu
Most people start straight at 1.6mg (32 units). If you would rather ease in, run 0.8mg (16 units) first — two, three or four weeks, whichever you want — then step up.
That is 32 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 10 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 5 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
Very little reported.
How long: 8–12 weeks (clinical courses run 6–12 months)
Break: Optional — no break is clinically required
