The Wolverine Stack is the famous recovery duo — BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial — named for the healing factor everyone wishes they had. The two work as a team: BPC-157 drives the local repair right at the injury, while TB-500 helps cells migrate and gets the whole body's repair response moving.
Because these are repair peptides, there's no acute "feel" — people report less soft-tissue and joint discomfort and faster recovery over two to four weeks, with fuller results across a couple of months. Honest note: there's essentially no long-term human safety data for either, and both encourage new blood-vessel growth, which is worth keeping in mind for anyone with an undiagnosed cancer.

Two weeks at 0.6mg (6 units), two weeks at 0.8mg (8 units), then back to 0.6mg (6 units) for the rest of the run.
That is 6 units on a U-100 insulin syringe — from a 20 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of water, which gives you 10 mg/ml.
Add the water slowly down the inside of the glass and roll it — never shake it. Keep it in the fridge at 2–8 °C once mixed.
